We’ll check for damage caused by wind, hail, or debris. This includes:

• Missing, lifted, or bruised shingles

• Granule loss or hail strikes

• Damaged vents, flashing, or gutters

• Impact to siding, windows, or other exterior surfaces

📐 3. Measurements and Notes

We’ll take detailed measurements of your roof and document any problem areas. This information will help us provide accurate documentation to support an insurance claim, if needed.

📸 4. Photos for Your Records

Every area of concern will be photographed and saved to your file. These images may be useful for your adjuster or to simply help you better understand the condition of your property.

💬 5. A Clear Recommendation

At the end of the inspection, we’ll walk you through our findings and let you know whether we recommend filing an insurance claim. If we do, we’ll help guide you through the process—step by step.
